Absolutely! Our pricing is per family for classes, play sessions, and most events. Occasionally, there may be per-child pricing for premium pop-up events; however, the cost will be identified at the time of purchase. These one-off situations are typically due to specialty materials used.

If you cannot attend a class and are a no-show or do not cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, you will be charged a Late Cancelation or No-Show Fee of $10. To avoid unnecessary charges, ensure you cancel your reservation 2 hours before the start time. For more details, please read our policies, which are linked in the footer of our website.

Sure! We are happy to welcome two adults to class or playtime. If you wish to bring more than two adults, please get in touch with the studio in advance to confirm space is available.

No, shoes are prohibited in the studio beyond the reception area. Everyone over 12 months of age must wear socks. We have a shoe storage cabinet conveniently located in the reception area. If you forget your socks, they are available for purchase at the front desk. Shoes are allowed during special events, parties, and private events.

Yes, feel free to pack your snacks and beverages to enjoy in the studio. We will also have a small selection available for purchase.
